San Jose Meditation – I Was Able to Reach Moksha Through this Meditation

I was born in the city of New Delhi in India and immigrated to the United States when I was 13 years old. My family is Hindu as is the case for most Indians. Therefore, from a young age, Hinduism was an integral part of my life, regarding Dharma; the Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva; and Moksha (a life of liberation), which my father always spoke of and taught us that this was the way we should live.
Since I had become more immersed in the American way of life during my youth, it was difficult for me to relate to the things my father tried to teach us. However, now that I’m in my 40s, I’ve started rethinking some of the things my father taught me. Perhaps it is because I am the primary breadwinner for the family of my own that I now have or maybe it is from the stress I’ve accumulated over the years from the long hours at work that I started thinking about why it is that I live and what the purpose of life is.
In order to revisit what my father taught us about the Hindu faith, I went to the bookstore and bought some books to read. I began to study about God and Moksha. In the midst of my studies, I wanted to try meditation and began to search for meditation centers. In the midst of my search, I came across this meditation.
As I started this meditation, the thing I really liked about it was that regardless of what religion anyone is, this is something that anyone can easily do. Once I emptied out my false mind, I could attain the answers to the internal questions that I had.
Even regarding Moksha, the complete liberation that Hindus strive for is something that can be attained through this meditation, which ultimately means that a person has escaped from reincarnation. That this is something achievable while I am alive and that the fake me can be discarded, to be able to have the original mind of the universe, to have God remain, and to be reborn from there as the soul and spirit of that existence means that there would be no more suffering or reincarnation. It means to be able to exist even when I have this physical body as I do now and to exist even when this body no longer exists.
I am able to properly understand all the things regarding Hinduism that my father tried to tell me about in my youth. I am able to clearly know all and so I naturally just smile while stress and pain just automatically disappear. Now, I always feel joy, and my health has greatly improved. I’ve enlightened to the fact that I have become complete while living and that I can truly live the life of Moksha. There is nothing that can top this.
I believe there are countless people in this world who are truly looking for the meaning of life while searching for the truth in various places. I feel that this meditation is especially necessary for these people. The reason we are born into the world and live is in order to break free from the chains of death and live forever happily, liberated. This meditation makes that reality possible. I am forever grateful to the founder of this meditation. I hope that many people will come across this meditation and live a life free from suffering and reincarnation. It would be great when that day comes in which we all live in the world happily together.
